INVESTOR FEES
Our goal is to succeed, together. Administration and accounting fees are shared by everyone. Each member assigns a small percentage of their initial contribution one time only to BAPC Management who then assumes all fees.
The one time cost falls between 3% and 5% and will be determined before making a commitment. Spread over a 10 year investment, fees approximate 0.3%-0.5% per year.
Our low fee model is a paradigm shift for physician investors.
